All Butterflies Locations in Hogwarts Legacy

There are plenty of enchanted secrets spread around the World Map, including these magical butterflies that lead you to some Collection Chests that you don't want to miss out on. You can begin this task by speaking to Clementine Willardsey in the Three Broomsticks and completing the quest Follow the Butterflies. After this side quest, you'll be on your own to locate the rest. Don't worry; we put together this guide to help you find them all with ease.

Where to find all Follow the Butterflies in Hogwarts Legacy

The Butterfly locations are scattered all over the World Map. They won't appear for you until you come into its proximity. Then, you will be able to see the butterfly icon on your map and mini-map. You can begin following them at the spots shown in the images above from these Floo Flame locations:

• 1. Northeast of Pitt-Upon-Ford
• 2. Northeast of Jackdaw's Tomb (Forbidden Forest)
• 3. West of East North Hogwarts Region
• 4. South of East Hogwarts Valley
• 5. South of Aranshire
• 6. South from Mooncalf Den/ Southwest of Quidditch Pitch
• 7. East of Central Hogwarts Valley
• 8. West of Keenbridge
• 9. Southeast of Keenbridge
• 10. North of Feldcroft/ Southwest of North Feldcroft
• 11. Southwest of Feldcroft Catacombs
• 12. Southeast of North Poidsear Coast
• 13. South of South Poidsear Coast
• 14. South of Cragcroft Shore/ Northwest of Clagmar Castle

Once you find the initial spot for the butterflies, you can follow their flight all the way to the Collection Chest, which is usually close by. If you happen to lose sight of the butterflies at any point, you can use Revelio to highlight them more clearly or use your mini-map to find their location based on the icon. You may occasionally run into some enemies near these spots, so always be prepared for a fight.
