All Forbidden Forest Collection Chests in Hogwarts Legacy

There are tons of Collection Chests spread all around Hogwarts, Hogsmeade, and the World Map waiting for you to claim. These chests carry special loot items, like furniture and decor for your Room of Requirement or traits for your gear, which you can't get from any other chest. Sometimes the best way to find Collection Chests outside of the castle is to clear some bandit camps. Here is a list of all the chests you can find in the Forbidden Forest area so you don't miss out on anything.

All Collection Chest Locations in the Forbidden Forest in Hogwarts Legacy

Although there may seem like endless amounts of bandit camps and other areas to complete around the forest, there are just six main locations that hold collection chests. They will require you to take out some Ashwinders and Poachers, so be ready for a fight. Here is where you can find them all:

1. North Ford Bog Entrance - Small Bandit Camp

This Small Bandit Camp sits just southeast of the North Ford Bog Entrance Floo Flame. It's toward the very northern part of the forest, making it easy to reach. Take out a few bandits and find the chest right outside under a little covering.

2. West Forbidden Forest - Medium Bandit Camp

This Medium Bandit Camp holds the second Collection Chest, almost smack dab in the middle of the forest. To get there quickly, take the West Forbidden Forest Floo Flame and head just southeast a little ways. This is a slightly larger bandit camp, so you will have some more enemies to wipe. The Collection Chest is tucked away inside one of the larger tents.

3. Horklump Hollow Cavern

This Collection Chest is inside a cavern toward the northern edge of the forest. You can get there quickly by taking the Upper Hogsfield Floo Flame and heading west. Though it may seem like it would take longer to locate this Collection Chest, it can be done within the first few minutes you step into the dungeon.

Enter the cavern and break through the weeds with a fire spell. Jump over the gap at the entrance, then keep left. You'll need to break through a barricade with a destructive spell. Once you break through, jump down and immediately crawl through the little opening behind you. The chest will be right through this tunnel on the other side, as well as a few other little things you can loot.

4. Upper Hogsfield - Small Bandit Camp

This Small Bandit Camp is right below the Horklump Hollow cavern, which, if you did it right before this, should be a breeze to locate. If not, you can take the Upper Hogsfield Floo Flame and head southwest. There will be a few poachers to take out, and you'll find the chest in a tattered tent.

5. Jackdaw's Tomb - Small Bandit Camp

There are two bandit camps pretty close together here that hold the last two of your Collection Chests. This camp is just northeast of the Jackdaw Tomb Floo Flame. The Collection Chest is within one of the tents there, with a lantern close by.

6. Jackdaw's Tomb - Small Bandit Camp #2

This camp is in the same direction from Jackdaw's Tomb Floo, and if you hit the other camp above before this one, you can easily find it by heading northwest toward the ruins just above. There are only a few poachers to take out here, and the Collection Chest is sitting beside one of the cages. There might be a pet inside it you can release by unlocking it with Alohomora.
