You can start off by unlocking at least one season of Favor from the War Table in HELM. In Favor Attunements, there are three different types of Favors:

  • Exemplar of Justice
    • Improves the melee recharge when you get a last hit with abilities.
  • Exemplar of Grace
    • Improves team mobility when you last hit someone with weapons that use special ammo.
  • Exemplar of Zeal
    • Improves the recharge rate of grenades when you last hit someone with weapons that use heavy ammo.

How to increase the Awoken Favor drop rate in Destiny 2

To increase the drop rate of the Awoken Favors, you can equip up to four different pieces from the new Unyielding Favor armor. It gives you a perk called the Queen's Favor, which increases the odds of Awoken Favors dropping in return for lesser last hits.

These Favors let you get some quick buffs in-game to make it more rewarding for you as you try to complete the steps of this quest line. In addition, you don't need to wear every part of the armor, since the bonuses stack with every piece.
