Valuables in DMZ are any loot items that have a monetary value attached to them. In the image above, you can see the backpack contains five different valuables. There are numerous sellable items in the game that you can find inside loot caches including lockers, tool boxes, duffle bags, clothes, and computers. These items also spawn on objects like tables, shelves, and chairs.

For The Deadliest Sin mission, you need to loot around and collect different valuables to sell them at a Buy Station. The Buy Stations in DMZ are marked with the shopping cart icon on players' tac maps. Look for unique items and stow them in your bag. The bigger your backpack, the more items you can carry at a time. For instance, the standard backpack allows you to keep five items while the large one has nine slots.

Once your backpack is filled with unique items, approach the nearest shop and interact with it. This will open a menu from which you'll have to select the Sell Valuables options. This will list all the valuables you have in your backpack. Select all the items one by one to sell them and add progress towards your mission. Now, start looting again to find more unique items that you haven't sold yet. Repeat this process of scavenging and selling until the mission is complete. If you're wondering, Hard Drives and Encrypted Hard Drives count as two different valuables.
