Genshin Impact Trial of Fluorescent Flame walkthrough – Awakening’s Real Sound

Awakening's Real Sound is a World Quest in Genshin Impact's Khvarena of Good and Evil quest chain. It's automatically unlocked after completing The Splendorous Sky That Day. 

In this quest, you need to search for three Kory Drums, which can only be claimed after completing trials. The Trial of Fluorescent Flame is located in the Gate of Zulquarnian and involves lighting up seven Bright Flame Altars under specific conditions. How to solve the Bright Flame Altar puzzle in Genshin Impact – Awakening's Real Sound

The Trial of Fluorescent Flame is located under the mountain in the Gate of Zulquarnian. You need to complete it within Sorush's range and within an unspecified time limit. The locations of the Bright Flame Altars are marked above. You don't have to light them up in order, but following the route above is the most efficient way to complete the Trial.

Bright Flame Altar #1

Start by interacting with the bell under the Gate of Zulquarnian to Commence Trial. Your goal is to light up seven Bright Flame Altars by approaching them with the fire floating beside you. Bright Flame Altars are marked by two torches on each side.

Upon starting the Trial, you'll immediately spot the first Bright Flame Altar beside Sorush. Approach it to light it up.

Bright Flame Altar #3

Move forward, then turn your attention to the slope on the right. You'll spot the second Bright Flame Altar, which you need to approach to light up.

Bright Flame Altar #4

Turn left and look ahead to find the third Bright Flame Altar. Approach it to light it up. Be careful—don't go further ahead as it would go beyond Sorush's maximum range, causing the challenge to fail.

Bright Flame Altar #5

You'll find a Four-Leaf Sigil in front of the Bright Flame Altar. Hook onto it to quickly propel forward, then immediately turn right to find the fourth Altar. Approach to light it up.

You'll find the fifth Bright Flame Altar at a high point up ahead. Like before, use the Four-Leaf Sigil to propel yourself forward and quickly reach the Altar. Approach to light it up.

Glide toward the open area to find the sixth Bright Flame Altar by the edge of the cliff. Approach to light it up.

Bright Flame Altar #7

You'll immediately spot the seventh Bright Flame Altar below. Simply glide downward and approach it to light it up.

Look for other Kory Drums (0/3)

Once you've completed the Trial of Fluorescent Flame, follow the quest navigator to the location marked above, where you'll find the Kory Drum now unlocked. Interact with the glowing spot to obtain the Korybantes: Vijnana.
