In Call of Duty DMZ, several missions require you to travel to the Koschei Complex. Spetnaz Exposed is a Tier 3 Black Mous story mission, and you must complete it to progress to Tier 4. How to complete the Spetnaz Exposed mission in DMZ
The Spetnaz Exposed mission unlocks after you reach Reputation Level 10 with the Black Mous faction. This mission has three objectives, two of which have to be completed in the Koschei Complex. You must collect and extract the Spetnaz Document by unlocking the Alpha Cluster in Koschei Complex. After that's done, you must visit the Phalanx dead drop near the University POI on Vondel.

Where to find the Spetnaz Document in Koschei Complex in DMZ
The Spetnaz Document is hidden in the Alpha Cluster section in the Koschei Complex. To unlock the Alpha Cluster, you must use a Car Battery and Jumper Cables at the Chemical Plant. After unlocking the Alpha Cluster, you must navigate through the area to find the Spetnaz Document. Walk down the tunnel, and follow the path to the opposite end from the entrance of Alpha Cluster. Keep in mind that there are tons of AI forces in the Alpha Cluster, and I would recommend eliminating them first before exploring the area.
You can take the wooden platform at the center of the Alpha Cluster to access the second floor on the opposite side of the entrance. Get on the second floor, and walk down the path to find the Spetnaz Document. Check the image above to see the precise location of the Spetnaz Document in the Alpha Cluster. Pick up the document and stow it in your backpack.
Remember, dying with this item in your backpack means you have to start the mission all over again, so it is best to extract from Koschei Complex as soon as you have the Spetnaz Document.
Where is the Phalanx Dead Drop in Vondel in DMZ
The Phalanx dead drop is located at the G3 map coordinate near the University POI. Check the yellow pin on the map image above to see the precise location of the Phalanx dead drop.
After successfully extracting from the Koschei Complex with the Spetnaz Document, queue in for the Vondel map. Visit the Phalanx dead drop and deliver the Spetnaz Document inside the dumpster. This will complete the Spetnaz Exposed mission in DMZ.
