How to tame Bees to get Honey in ARK Survival Ascended

Taming bees was one of the main ways to obtain Honey in ARK Survival Evolved, but things have changed in ARK Survival Ascended. Venturing into the new game, I learned Honey farming mechanics are somewhat different, and this guide will summarize precisely how to tame and farm bees to get Honey.

Currently, there is no way to find Bee Hives in the wilderness of The Island map in ARK Survival Ascended, as the developers still haven't implemented them in the game. We expect the developers to implement the Hive placements, and we will update this article as soon as that happens.

For those of you who still want to play as a beekeeper, we have a solution, but it requires using codes to spawn them. Here is a list of commands available so far:

• GFID BeeHive: This command adds a Bee Hive to your inventory.
• Bee_Character_BP_C: Use this to spawn a Giant Bee.
• Bee_Queen_Character_BP_C: Spawns a Queen Bee.

Using the commands above, I managed to spawn a Bee Hive, complete with drones and a Queen Bee. But the Bees didn't seem to mind their Hive, and they just kept attacking me. It seems the Honey-making mechanic is still in the works, and it is only a matter of time before the developers implement it in the game.
