3. To access the Community Chest and get a chance to win the money inside, you need to invite some of your friends to play the game with you.
4. When enough of your friends join the game, you can open the Community Chest and share the prize with them. Enjoy your reward!

You and your friend will earn 10 free Dice Rolls every time you play the mini-game on the Community Chest. But 10 might be too few, so there is another option if you want to give your friend a lot of Dice Rolls.
