All Multiverse Defenders Units Tier List

Everyone's opinion and experience can differ, meaning the units we find to the best, may not have performed as well for you. While we ranked the following units based on their overall skills and ability, you may find that it varies for you. Take a look at our list below and give it a try:

What character is most meta in Multiverse Defenders?

Megu is currently the most meta unit to utilize in Multiverse Defenders. If you sell and replace her, her cooldowns will go away, allowing her to achieve up to 100 range, crazy speed per attack, and huge AoE. Her damage reach some of the highest numbers as well (up to 2,000), taking out enemies all around the map in no time at all.

Multiverse Defenders S-Tier units

Units in the S-Tier are ones that you will want to absolutely collect for your squad. They are the best of the best, reaching the highest damage numbers, large ranging AoE, and speed. Characters like Crocs and Flamingo provide slows and stuns, slowing down your enemies and damaging them at the same time. Bocchi buffs units around them to cost less per upgrade and increases their range, making them play better all-around. If you're wondering what characters you should focus on, any of the units listed here are meta.

  • Megu
  • Flamingo
  • Shonks
  • Crocs
  • Bocchi
  • Mabu

Multiverse Defenders A-Tier units

These units are nothing to be disappointed about. While you're progressing and collecting units, they can easily be the best ones on your squad. They still provide plenty of range, like the hill unit Levyn, and AoE, like from Akainun. Elen can deal massive damage numbers but is a bit slower than other units in the S-Tier. You'll want to collect any of these A-Tier units, upgrade them, and utilize as much as possible, until you can get those just slightly better units that outrank them.

  • Sabon
  • Levyn
  • Akainum
  • Toki
  • Elen
  • Kizarun
  • Bulmi

Multiverse Defenders B-Tier units

Despite some of their ranks, these units can ultimately be viewed as lack-luster and bordering on bad. While they will be powerful and help you complete waves as a starting player, as you get further in the game, they will become less and less useful. Friezo has decent range as a hilltop player, which is why he is in the first spot of the B-Tier, but he gets beat by other hill units like Levyn. Erwin can provide decent damage starting out, but gets outweighed by Elen. Same goes for most other units in this middle ground tier. They will help you progress but will eventually become upgrade food for better units later on.

  • Friezo
  • Erwin
  • Paon
  • Hinato
  • Garan
  • Peach Blossom
  • Vegetan
  • Lao
  • Kakashy

Multiverse Defenders C-Tier units

Units that are in the C-Tier are mostly common rarity characters that you will get at the start of the game. They don't provide anything special and will easily get overshadowed by other units as you progress. These units, especially Luffo and Zoron, are really only good for starting out, allowing you to get through the first several levels. As you progress, you're going to want to use them for upgrade food for your better units.

  • Goko
  • Ichigan
  • Noroto
  • Luffo
  • Janji
  • Zoron
  • Sasuken
  • Tanjiron

This is our full tier list and how we chose to rank the units in Multiverse Defenders. Give it a try and see what units you found to be most useful and meta. Maybe you found a way to make a lesser unit more powerful. Let us know!
