Clearwater Jade is a local specialty that can only be found in Chenyu Vale. Due to being structured like an ore, you need to use either Geo DMG or a heavy attack with a claymore to extract it from rocks or from turtles' backs.
Local specialties take 48 hours to respawn once gathered. This is based on the time of gathering and not on the server reset time.
