How to deal with car quirks in Pacific Drive - Tinker Station Guide

I found it funny how my horn honked every time I closed my trunk, but it started to get old pretty quickly. It can get very confusing when you try to deal with car quirks in Pacific Drive, but this Tinker Station guide will help you.

When you open the Tinker Station for the first time, there is a lot of information that you have to figure out. It took me a while to figure out it wasn't asking me to describe two separate quirks. I was unlucky to have two active at the same time. Any part of your car can be affected: your doors, car battery, headlights, etc.

The Tinker Station will help you fix car quirks, but you have to be the one to figure out the cause and the effect. In the image below, you'll see that the first two columns (1) are the cause, and the second two columns (2) are the effect.

You can also see my correct guess of the quirk that was affecting my car in the image. Whenever I switched the wipers on, the rear right door would open. You have eight guesses to figure out a quirk on the Tinker Station. If you find the correct diagnosis, your guesses will be refunded.

Once you have correctly guessed what the issue with your car is, press the Fixes button in the top right corner to find the solution, usually some repair kit. Once you repair it, you won't have to worry about the quirk until new ones show up.

It will probably take you a while to figure out what quirk is affecting your car. The Tinker Station upgrades should provide you with some help. Before you can get to the upgrades, you have to unlock the Matter Deconstructer and Matter Regenerator. Once you have those, work on upgrading the Tinker Station.

The Analysis Module lets you use Anchor Energy to diagnose a part of the quirk, revealing to you one of the factors while you have to figure out the second one on your own.
