To find Noctilucous Jade, you must explore the region of Liyue, as this is a Liyue Local Specialty. Noctilucous Jade can only be found in caves, and mainly in Mingyun Village. It is a mineral; you do have to mine it. The quickest way to do that is to use a character who wields a Claymore. You can use a non-Claymore character, but it will take longer to mine. This local specialty can also be purchased by speaking to an NPC called Shitou at a shop in Liyue Harbor called Jade Mystery. Shitou has five Noctilucous Jade in stock selling at 1000 Mora apiece. The stocks refresh every three days. Jade Mystery's shop location can be seen below.
