With the Greek gods descending to the island in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2, several mythological elements were added to the game. Scrying Pools is one of them—and they are heavily tied to Snapshot quests. Here's how to find Scrying Pools in-game.
Where to locate Scrying Pools in Fortnite (Map)
After exploring the map, I discovered four Scrying Pools in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 Myths & Mortals. These Scrying Pools are the mediums through which you must communicate with the Oracle to progress in Snapshot quests.
Here are the exact locations for each of the Scrying Pools in-game:
- At Mount Olympus POI
- At the eastern edge of The Underworld POI
- Northeast of Reckless Railways POI
- Near the lake southwest of Pleasant Piazza POI
Snapshot quests have multiple stages and you'll have to visit different locations to complete specific objectives. After speaking to the Oracle at a Scrying Pool, you'll be tasked to overcome certain Tests. For instance, the Test of Agility, the Test of Wisdom, and similar objectives. Visit the area marked on the map and start the objective, but be careful of opponents at these locations.
Completing these objectives allows you to progress in the story quests for Oracle, Zeus, Hades, Aphrodite, and other Greek gods.

To interact with a Scrying Pool, stand in front of it and press the interact button. Select the Continue option (as shown in the image above) to progress to the next stage of the quest. Once completed, you'll be rewarded with XP and progress to the following story quest.
