With the 1.6 Update of Stardew Valley, some new substances like Sea, Cave, and River Jelly were added for players to hunt down. So here's everything you need to know in order to stock up!
Where to find Sea Jelly in Stardew Valley
Sea Jelly, as the name implies, can be found in the sea. Take your fishing rod out to an ocean spot and start fishing. You can find Sea Jelly in all seasons, so don't worry about what time you fish for it. Additionally, you can sometimes retrieve Sea Jelly from ponds with seven or more Flounders. Though rare, your pet may gift you some.
Where to find Cave Jelly in Stardew Valley
In order to get some Cave Jelly, you're going to need head to the Mines with a fishing pole. Cave Jelly can only be fished for within the water on the 100th level of the Mines. Outside of fishing, you can find it Lava Eel ponds with more than eight eels in it. Your pet may also occasionally gift you some, though this is rare.

Where to find River Jelly in Stardew Valley
Just like the other two Jelly item types, you'll need to fish in order to acquire River Jelly. Go to any river area and use your fishing rod to catch River Jelly. It's available in all season. Alternatively, you can spawn it from a pond with more than seven Midnight Carp. Your pet has the ability to gift you random items like River Jelly, but this rarely happens.
What do you do with Sea Jelly, Cave Jelly, and River Jelly in Stardew Valley?
All of the Jelly items (Sea Jelly, Cave Jelly, and River Jelly) can be used to craft a Fish Smoker. A Fish Smoker is a artisan tool that lets you make smoked fish. It takes 50 in-game minutes to smoke, and then you'll be able to sell the fish for twice the normal price you'd get for catching and selling.
