You can obtain Prithiva Topaz Sliver in numerous ways— buying it from shops, defeating Bosses, and Converting.

The first way is heading to the Souvenir Shops in both Mondstadt and Liyue.

The Mondstadt shop is owned by Marjorie and is called With Wind Comes Glory. You can buy x6 Prithiva Topaz Sliver for 10 Anemo Sigils apiece. However, once you have purchased all of them, they do not restock.

The Liyue shop is owned by Xingxi and is called Mingxing Jewelry. You can buy x12 Prithiva Topaz Sliver for 10 Geo Sigils apiece. However, once you have purchased all of them, they do not restock.

The second way is by defeating the Boss—Geo Hypostasis on any World Level. To get the rewards for defeating this Boss, you must spend 40 Original Resin. Though if you have Condensed Resin stored, you can use this and get double the rewards.

To find the Geo Hypostasis, you can open up your Adventure Handbook, head to the Enemies Tab, locate Geo Hypostasis, then click on the Navigate button. The game will show you where the Boss is on your map.

The third way is by completing the Wolf of the North Challenge on World Level 1 or higher.

Upon defeating this Weekly Boss, a Trounce Blossom will appear, and to claim the rewards, you must spend 30/60 Original Resin. You don't have to claim the rewards if you choose not to do so. However, you can only claim the rewards once a week.

The fourth way is defeating the Boss—Primo Geovishap on World Level 1 or higher.

Upon its defeat, a Trounce Blossom will appear. To get the rewards, you must spend 40 Original Resin. Though if you have Condensed Resin stored, you can use this and get double the rewards.

To find the Primo Geovishap, you can open up your Adventure Handbook, head to the Enemies Tab, locate Primo Geovishap, then click on the Navigate button. The game will show you where the Boss is on your map.

The fifth way is purely by chance. By completing Daily Commission quests, you may be given Prithiva Topaz Sliver as a reward.

The sixth way is by completing Memories: Earthshaking Dragon I. To enter Memories: Earthshaking Dragon I, you need to be Adventure Rank 35, and it is recommended to have your party about Level 60.
