10 Fallout 4 mods that make it feel like the TV show

The Fallout 4 mods mentioned below do their best to make the game look and feel like Amazon's TV show by providing the most accurate depictions of certain aspects of the game. Ultimately it depends on you on whether the mods are suitable enough. Nevertheless, these are the best to give you that Fallout TV series feel.

Lucy MacLean - Looksmenu Face Preset by Milkdrinker

The Lucy MaLean-Looksmenu Face Preset mod by Milkdrinker is the best mod that will make your character look like Lucy MacLean from the TV show as it provides the most accurate facial depiction of actress Ella Purnell. Using this mod will certainly make you feel like you're playing in Lucy's shoes adventuring across the Commonwealth.

Vault Girl Recreations - Cooper Howard from the Fallout TV Show - Human and Ghoul

If you want to play as Cooper Howard in the game, then this mod by VaultGirl2077 will let you play do that in both his human or Ghoul form. I'll admit, these seriously stand out, especially Coop as a human; the mod creator has captured actor Walton Goggins' facial features perfectly. If you're going for a ''no-talk only guns'' playthrough, then playing as the Ghoul is highly recommended as it'll make you feel like a badass for sure.

Maximus from Fallout Series

For those who are loyal to the Brotherhood of Steel, this mod by Chibako will let you play as the newly anointed Knight Maximus from the show. While it doesn't depict actor Aaron Moten's facial features with full accuracy, it does provide a close enough resemblance to him. Additionally, with the BoS already present in the game, you'll be able to do a full proper playthrough siding with the faction as Maximus.

Select Blaster

One of the standouts from the TV show was Lucy's Tranquilizer pistol, which you can now use in Fallout 4 thanks to the Select Blaster mod by neeher. Not only can it be used as a basic tranquillizer, but also as an energy weapon or Syringer. The Select Blaster also has custom animations which just adds more to the immersion. What else do you need to survive the Commonwealth?

Fallout Series 10mm Sound Replacer

If you're not a fan of the 10mm pistol's sound in the game but like that of the show, then this sound replacer mod by Freakim is for you. This replaces the general sound of the 10mm pistol and its variants with the more chunkier and heavy sound heard in the series. Honestly, it is a must-use mod because it gives a much meaner vibe to the 10mm pistol.

Fallout TV Show Pip-Boy

This Pip-Boy mod by ribe1in changes the basic color of the Pip-Boy in the game to the one in the TV show. It's a pretty simple mod, to be honest, providing a more realistic look to the Pip-Boy. Combine it with the Lucy MacLean mod and you'll be all set for an authentic Fallout 4 experience based on the show. It's not a big difference, but the little things like this add up.

Power Armor Machine (Fallout TV series)

If you've watched the TV show, you know the Power Armor in it is pretty powerful and buffed up. This mod by batuace buffs the armor's unarmed and melee damage as well as increases the carry weight. Not only that, using your fists while in Power Armor will send people flying when you hit them (although it doesn't work on larger creatures). Additionally, an engine sound is added when you load into the armor, which just makes it perfect.

Cooper Howard Billboard (TV show)

I was really impressed by Cooper Howard's character in the show and this mod by MrBloodjack will make sure I never forget him in my Fallout 4 playthroughs! What this does is replace the billboards and posters around the Commonwealth with a few of Coop's promo photos in the series.

Lucy's Vault-Tec Backpack

A crucial addition to your playthrough or Lucy or in general is Lucy's Vault-Tec backpack mod by QwibQwib, which is exactly as it appears in the TV Show. It looks as accurate as possible and can be upgraded easily. It's more of a starter backpack, but nevertheless, it adds to the immersion quite a bit.

Power Armor Voice Changer (Fallout TV Show-like)

I was amazed when Maximus or any other soldier in a Power Armor had a cool distorted voice and desperately wanted something like that in Fallout 4. Thanks to An4r3w's mod, now your characters in Power Armor will have a voice similar to that of the show. The distorted voice certainly makes the game more immersive when you're playing with the Power Armor, and makes the Sole Survivor sound much more unpredictable.
