Traits are among the most important buffs in Anime Vanguards, as they can significantly improve your unit's stats. But not all traits are valuable, as some that might seem great are actually pretty mid. This Anime Vanguards traits tier list will help you choose the best.
All Traits Ranked - Anime Vanguards Tier List
Some of the best traits in Anime Vanguards are hard to get, as rolling chances are between 0.1% and 0.5%. Those Mythic traits are the Holy Grail that would change your fortunes, but the chances of getting them are incredibly low. Fortunately, some of the others are far more common to get, so have this traits list open when you're pulling to know when to reroll a trait. Below is a list of all Anime Vanguards traits, ranked from best to worst.
Tier | Trait |
---|---|
S | Deadeye, Ethereal, Solar |
A | Blitz, Monarch, Vigor |
B | Swift, Scholar, Fortune |
C | Range, Marksman |
Best ranked Traits in Anime Vanguards - Roblox
Choose carefully, as some traits are more useful for specific characters in Anime Vanguards. For example, the Fortune trait is perfect for money units, and less so for others (although having cheaper placement is useful). I've included the drop rate in parenthesis () next to the name of each trait in the tier list below.
S Tier Traits
- Deadeye (0.375%) increases crit and damage, making it an easy choice if you're lucky enough to get it.
- Ethereal (0.175%) is the ultimate speed and damage booster.
- Solar (0.5%) has you covered if you want to boost the unit's attack speed, damage, and range. In other words, everything you need from a trait.
A Tier Traits
- Monarch (0.1%) is an ultimate trait on paper, but I'm unsure if it's good for strategic purposes as you can only place one unit (instead of three). So, that unit will be three times stronger, but it's often better to have three of them placed around the map, especially in Infinite, where you must cover more ground.
- Blitz (1.85%) will significantly speed up the unit's attack, which is one of the most important stats.
- Vigor (26% in total for Vigor I, II, and III) boosts your unit's damage, making it more deadly. I'm always a fan of pure damage, especially in the beginning when you don't own powerful Mythic units. Even then, a 15% damage boost (Vigor III) is significant.
B Tier Traits
- Swift (26% total for Swift I, II, and III) speeds up your units, which is especially great for those strong but painfully slow characters.
- Scholar (10%) is good at the start when you want to speed up the unit's leveling, but there are many more useful traits.
- Fortune (2.5%) is great for money units but also useful for others, as it makes them cheaper.
C Tier Traits
- Range (26% total for Range I, II, and III) is unimportant as most units cover at least a decent field.
- Marksman (6.5%) is just an improved version of Range, making it redundant.
