What platforms is Age of Empires IV on?

Age of Empires IV only has plans for release on Windows 10 PCs. There are no plans to release the game on Xbox consoles. Users can purchase the game via the Microsoft Store or Steam storefronts and pre-load the game on their PC should they pre-order.
