How to get the Wrench in Amnesia The Bunker

Amnesia: The Bunker is the newest horror installment in the ever-popular series, and it pits you against a monster deep in the tunnels of a World War I bunker. Your survival will depend not only on your ability to maintain silence but to be resourceful and make do with what you have. Supplies are low, and to get to them, sometimes you'll need access to specific out-of-reach areas. A Wrench is an important tool to help you unlock some areas. Let's figure out how to find it first!

Where is the Wrench located in Amnesia: The Bunker

You can find Wrench in Amnesia: The Bunker, in the Mission Storage/locker room, stashed in foreman Stafford's locker. To find out the locker code to access the Wrench, you must head over to the Maintenance section of the bunker. While navigating through hallways, look for the sign that says Pillbox.

At a certain point, you will pass through the workshop. At the other end, there will be a tunnel full of rats. There are three clusters in total, and the best way to dispatch them is either by using a couple of pieces of rat meat or a torch to drive them away. You want to avoid making any noise because there aren't any hiding spots in this area.

Once you are through the tunnel, enter the Chapel. You can find the key to the Pillbox in the confession room to your right, but be careful. Once you pick it up, you must hide inside immediately and close the door. The Beast will appear soon after you take it; it's a scripted event that triggers with you taking the key, and you cannot avoid it no matter how quiet you are. Wait until it leaves the Chapel and then proceed to the Pillbox.

Once you unlock the Pillbox doors, save your progress using the lamp and climb the stairs. When you enter the Pillbox, keep your head down so you don't get shot by an enemy sniper. Find Stafford's corpse and acquire a code for his locker by examining his dog tag. You can now go back to Mission Storage and unlock Stafford's locker using the code you found in the Pillbox.
