When Does the fall update release for Animal Crossing: New Horizons?

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is one of the Nintendo Switch's most popular titles. Since its launch in 2020, it's been an island life getaway any player can enjoy. Over time, the team has provided events, updates, and new content drops to keep New Horizons feeling fresh and impactful. With Fall 2021 arriving, the team has yet another update in the works, but when will it be available?

The fall update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons launches on November 5, 2021. The update brings the Roost, a cafe run by the Brewster where other island residents may relax and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee.

Along with the Roost, Kapp'n arrives with new Boat Tours for players to embark on at their leisure. Even Harv's Island is getting spruced up, with some recent changes, like a plaza for other unique vendors like Sahara to enjoy. New items like Gyroids are finally coming to the game as well, after fan demand.
