All Wildlife on Storm Point in Apex Legends

What is a tropical island without its lovely fauna, right? …Right?

Apex Legends has dabbled in elements of PvE within their game for a long time. Whether within special modes, or even just within the normal Battle Royale game mode. Before Season 11, the biggest example was Bloodhound’s Trials takeover on World’s Edge, but that aspect of the game has been taken to a new level with the Wildlife on the Storm Point map. Three different types of creatures call Storm Point home: Flyers, Prowlers, and Spiders. Let’s take a look.

For those familiar with Kings Canyon, these creatures should be no new sight. Flyers are back from the OG map for Storm Point. Like always, Flyers will spawn in a random spot based on a list of possible spawn locations. Whether they are perched, or flying through the sky, you can shoot them to take them down. The longer range the weapon, the better shot you’ll have.

Prowlers

Prowlers have been in the game in a various number of ways up until the introduction of Storm Point, including Bloodhound’s Trials on World’s Edge, the Shadow Royale Limited Time Mode, and the Season 5 PvE Quest. Now, Prowlers with all different patterns can be found in their natural habitat. Some Prowler will keep watch at their Dens, while others remain inside. If you choose to fight a Prowler, they will call on the rest of their pack to come out and attack you too.

Spiders

Unlike Flyers and Prowlers, Spiders are a brand-new type of Wildlife unique to Storm Point. In order to engage with them, you must damage eggs in their nest. That will hatch a swarm of Spiders. In terms of movement, Spiders are fast and reposition often. In terms of combat, they have a ranged web attack and close combat bite. The good news is, while they are big, they also don’t have that much health.
