How to get cross-progression on Apex Legends

First, you must have cross-progression enabled on your account. Since cross-progression is rolling out in waves for players, it may be enabled at different times for players. Cross-progression is enabled after you receive an in-game notification stating that "Cross-progression is here". Once you get that message, any accounts linked to your EA account will combine your progress with the highest account level keeping any levels, trackers, or badge stats.

How to link platform accounts to your EA account for Apex Legends

To link your platform accounts with your EA account, go to the EA website and sign in to your EA account that you use for Apex Legends. Once signed in, go to "Link/Unlink Accounts" under the "Manage my Account" tab. From there, you can select a platform account that you would like to cross-progress with your primary account. Select the platform and enter any login information to link the account.

Once the account is linked, your progress should show up on both accounts. It may take some time for progress to show up, but once you see your cosmetics and progress are available on the account linked, you can play on both accounts and have the same progress.

Cross-progression can have some problems including losing progress temporarily or issues with linking accounts. It is important to know that each platform account can only be linked to one EA account and if you attempt to unlink a platform account from an EA account, you will lose all progress on that platform account.

If you run into issues with cross-progression, contact EA Help or check out the Help section on cross-progression.
