Where to find the Tongue of Madness for Omeluum in BG3

What's a cleric doing collecting dangerous mushrooms?

In Act 1 of Baldur's Gate 3, there is a friendly mindflayer NPC named Omeluum that gives you a quest to look for some dangerous mushrooms. You'll need to find Timmask Spores and Tongue of Madness, both of which are rare even in the Underdark.

So far, I have only found one location for Tongue of Madness in BG3's Act 1: the Arcane Tower. Here's where it is.

When Omeluum gives you the quest, Blurg will mention a cleric nearby who might have those spores and mushrooms needed. Turns out, Blurg was correct; there is an Arcane Tower nearby that was once inhabited by a cleric named Lenore, who has some odd collections.

There are two locations inside the Arcane Tower where you can find Tongue of Madness, but the easiest place to pick them up is on the floor, one below the entrance floor. There will be a selection of both the Timmask and the Tongue; they can also both be found in the basement of the Tower. Once you have picked up one Timmask Spore and one Tongue, travel back to Omeluum.

In return for your efforts, you will gain the ability to make Tadpole Elixirs; these rare potions give the drinker both Psionic Weakening and Psionic Enrichment. You also have the opportunity to purchase, intimidate, or exchange for Omeluum's Ring of Mind-Shielding because of this quest. The completion of this quest also grants some XP.
