Battlefield Portal offers endless creation possibilities via its enhanced Builder. In the Modifiers section of the Builder, you can customize five different settings, namely: Gameplay, Soldier, Vehicle, User Interface, and AI. All Modifiers in Battlefield Portal are discussed below.
Gameplay Modifiers in Battlefield Portal
- Friendly Fire
- Extreme Weather Events
- Stationary Weapon Emplacements
- Classic Soldier Weapon Tuning
- Aim Assist
- Aim Assist Zoom Snap
These are some of the options that you can change by simply turning them on or off. Besides these, you can also adjust values for other modifiers such as Projectile Speed, Global Damage, Headshot Damage, and Body Shot Damage multipliers. Another option lets you determine whether the player's weapon and ammo drops when killed.
Soldier Modifiers in Battlefield Portal
- Prone
- Strafe while sprinting
- Sprint
- Aim Down Sights
- Health Regeneration
- Traversal Sprint
- Slide
- Squad Revive
The aforementioned Soldier Modifiers can be turned on or off. Modifiable multipliers including—Fall Damage, Move Speed, Maximum Health, Health Regeneration Rate, and Redeploy Delay—are also available. Man-Down Type features three options—Downed, Crawl (only for Hazard Zone), and Instant Death.
Vehicle Modifiers in Battlefield Portal
- No Combat Vehicles
- On-Foot Call-ins Only
- Deploy Menu Only
- On-Foot Call-ins and Deploy Menu
- Spawn on Map
You can either rely on default map spawns and call-ins for vehicles, or select an option from the above list. Other settings include multipliers for Vehicles Spawn Delay, Maximum Health, and Health Regeneration Rate.
User Interface Modifiers in Battlefield Portal
- Compass
- Minimap
- HUD
- Soldier Weapon Modification Plus Menu
- Ally Identification
- Ping Behavior
These are some basic UI Modifiers that can be switched on or off. Ping Behavior can also be adjusted for default pinging or classic 3D spotting option.
AI Modifiers in Battlefield Portal
- PvE AI Count
- AI Type
- AI Difficulty
You can decide whether you want bots or not and customize them accordingly. They share the settings defined in Soldier Modifiers. Furthermore, you can customize the AI to have similar or different settings than the actual players.
Selecting PvE will ensure that the PVE AI Count stays locked in at the designated number, whereas if you set this option to PvP, Human players are able to take these slots away from Bots.
