Following Bayonetta 3's surprise release, Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon is a prequel that's set in Bayonetta's past when she was just a young girl. Then known as Cereza, she took on a journey to a forbidden forest in search of the power to save her mother. Joining her in this Alice in Wonderland-like story is her first demon Cheshire, possessing her toy cat.
