How to change your character’s diet in Bitlife

Bitlife is a game filled with a ton of options for you to play around with. One of these is the ability to change your character's diet to improve or decrease your health.

How to change your diet in Bitlife

To change your diet, you will need to visit the mind and body tab under activities. There you will find a tab called diet, and if you want to change your character's diet you will need to click this tab. Afterward, a pop-up with a list of various diets will appear, and picking one of the diets from this list will change your diet.

However, before choosing a new diet, you will need to consider a few things. The first is that diets cost money to maintain, so you will need to make sure you have a steady income. You will also need money in the bank before you can change diets. Next is that some diets increase health while others decrease it. We recommend viewing the list below to get an idea of what diet you should choose.

Diets that Increase Health in Bitlife

  • Keto
  • Vegan
  • Mediterranean
