How to become an Exorcist in BitLife

The first objective of The Phantom Flipper challenge is to become an Exorcist. Unlike other popular jobs in BitLife that require a college or university degree, becoming an Exorcist is straightforward, as you only need a high school degree. Start your life and finish high school. After graduating, visit the Jobs section and look for a posting titled "Exorcist." Crack the interview, and you will become an Exorcist. In case you cannot find such a job, age up and refresh the listings.

How to purchase Haunted Properties in BitLife

The second task in the challenge is to buy ten Haunted Properties. To do this, visit the activities tab and choose the shopping section. Now, inside the shopping section, select "Real Estate Brokers." In the listings, purchase any house type with the prefix "Haunted." Acquire ten such properties to finish the task.

How to exorcise spirits in BitLife

The third task in BitLife is to exorcise more than 15 spirits. The best way to get rid of so many ghosts is to live inside one of your haunted houses. Go to your Assets tab and click on any of your haunted properties. Now, select the Spirits option and perform an exorcism on them. After driving out more than 15 ghosts, the objective will be over.

How to earn money by flipping haunted houses in BitLife

The penultimate task in BitLife is to earn more than $5 million by flipping haunted houses. To do this, you must renovate and invest in your property to resell them at a higher price. Open the Assets tab and choose the house you are aiming to resell. Now, select the "Renovate" option and fix a budget. After renovating the house, sell the property at a higher rate to earn profits. Also, ensure that at least one ghost lives in your property to consider it as a haunted property. After collecting more than $5 million, you will complete the fourth task. 

How to live in a Haunted Mansion in BitLife 

The final task in The Phantom Flipper challenge is to live in a Haunted Mansion. Similar to the second task, buy a mansion-type haunted house from the shopping section instead of the standard houses. After getting the house, the entire challenge will be over.
