One of the most common objectives in several BitLife challenges involving diseases or doctors is to get multiple illnesses. Even the popular BitLife challenge, like Patient Zero, demands you to get more than three STDs during the game. Here's how to contract multiple diseases in Bitlife.

How to get multiple STDs in BitLife

To get multiple STDs in Bitlife, players must Hook Up with unknown people without using protection. So the best way to get diseases/STDs is to sleep around with as many people as possible. The first way is to click on the Nightlife option and Hook Up with any individual that you meet inside the club. People in such Nightbars usually have STDs and other diseases that will transmit to you much more quickly.

Another way to get STDs is to Hook Up with every person from your college, office, and friends circle. Before making moves on any person, try to improve your relationship rating by spending time, gifting, and complimenting them. Otherwise, your advances may be rejected by the opposite party. This is why Hooking Up with people from inside clubs is the easiest way to contract STDs.

Remember, while having intercourse, never use protection. Otherwise, you will never get STDs, and the objective will remain stagnated.

You can either Emigrate to other countries or go on holiday using the Vacation option from the Activities tab.
