How to stop BitLife from crashing on Android and iPhone

Stop crashing!

BitLife could be crashing on your phone for several reasons. Luckily, you can fix whatever is causing BitLife to crash on your phone by following a set of troubleshooting steps. That said, if you want to fix BitLife crashing on your phone, first check that the game is fully updated. You can check if BitLife is fully updated by going to its page on either the Apple or Google Play Store.

If BitLife is not updated, you should see an option to update the game. Update the game and wait for the download to complete. When the download finishes, BitLife should launch as normal. But if BitLife still crashes even after the update, we recommend restarting your phone and trying to reinstall BitLife or seeing if you are missing a System Update for your phone. If none of those steps work, you must try clearing BitLife's data and cache.

How to clear BitLife Data and Cache

To clear BitLife's data and cache on your phone, you must open its App info page. For Andriod users, you can do this by pressing down on BitLife's icon until an App Info page appears. Click App Info, and you can clear both BitLife's data and cache by finding the Storage and Cache option. Under Storage and Cache, you must click both Clear storage and Clear cache. Now, for iOS users, you will need to open Settings on your phone. then find the  Apps option. 

Under Apps, you need to click Manage Apps and locate BitLife from the list of options. Click BitLife and open its App info page and click Storage. Under Storage, you can clear both data and cache on iOS by clicking the Clear Data option. That said, after clearing both data and cache on iOS or Andoird, restart your phone, and BitLife will stop crashing when you launch it next.
