The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 campaign features numerous different characters that are played by a diverse group of actors. The actors don't just give their voice to the in-game characters, but they also deliver a performance, which the developers use to create lifelike cutscenes via motion capture. Here's a list of all the major characters and their voice actors appearing in CoD Modern Warfare 2.

While the majority of the characters in Modern Warfare 2 are from its prequel, a new Task Force 141 operator, Alejandro Vargas, has been featured in the first reveal blog post and the initial artwork for the upcoming game. Furthermore, several other characters from Modern Warfare 2019, including Alex Mason, Sgt. Grigg, Nikolai, and Kate Laswell, are expected to reappear in this year's title.

Who is Ghost's voice actor in CoD Modern Warfare 2?

Jeff Leach was the voice actor for Ghost in Modern Warfare 2019. However, Activision cut ties with him after he delivered some sexist remarks during a live show. Subsequently, the developers hired a new voice actor to play one of the most iconic characters in the franchise. Simon "Ghost" Riley in Modern Warfare 2 (2022) is being voiced by Samuel Roukin.
