Best sniper support weapons in Warzone 3

Top 4 sniper support guns!

Now that one-shot sniper rifles are back in Call of Duty: Warzone, you may be looking for a good close-mid-range gun to pair with them. In this guide, I've listed the best sniper support weapons in the game right now and their best builds.

Top 4 sniper support guns to use in Warzone 3

For a sniper support weapon, you should primarily be looking at three stats: time-to-kill (TTK), mobility, and handling. While TTK determines how fast a weapon can eliminate the opponent, mobility governs the overall movement speed. It's also important to have good handling like fast aim-down-sight (ADS) and sprint-to-fire speeds. Below are my top 4 picks for the best sniper support in Warzone 3.

1. RAM-7

I've put the RAM-7 assault rifle in the first spot because it's one of the fastest killing weapons in its category, has a fast fire rate, and is very easy to control when kitted with the right attachments. The loadout I've shown below is very accurate and performs well even when you're engaging at longer distances.

  • Stock: HVS 3.4 Pad
  • Underbarrel: DR-6 Handstop
  • Magazine: 40 Round Mag (or 60 Round Drum but you'll lose some mobility and handling)

2. BAS-B

In the current state of Warzone, there is no other weapon that kills as fast as the BAS-B Battle Rifle. However, I've ranked it below the RAM-7 AR in my sniper support list because the gun has poor accuracy. You can build the BAS-B for max recoil control, but that'll make the weapon very sluggish, which isn't ideal for close-range fights. That said, you can use the following build as it's mobile and quite accurate at the same time.

  • Underbarrel: FTAC SP-10 Angled Grip
  • Magazine: 45 Round Mag

3. WSP-9

Next up, I recommend using the WSP-9 as it has very low recoil, fast mobility, good range for an SMG. Because the weapon has a not-so-fast fire rate, it's less forgiving if you miss some shots while fighting an enemy. That said, the following build is so accurate that you will not be missing even at medium range.

  • Underbarrel: DR-6 Handstop
  • Magazine: 40 Round Mag
  • Rear Grip: Marauder Grip

4. Striker

The final sniper support weapon on the list is the Striker submachine gun. Its performance is similar to the previous weapon, but it has a bit less range and a faster fire rate. If you want top-tier mobility and handling stats, just go for the Striker or WSP-9 SMGs instead of the first two weapons.
