There are two new Backpacks introduced with the Season 3 update in Call of Duty Warzone 2 DMZ. The Secure and Scavengers Backpacks are now available in-game, and these two function differently to improve the DMZ experience. In this game mode, you will need to complete several missions, and these new items will help

  • Secure Backpack: Secure Backpacks save essential items and equipment you collect from different runs. Items that are not carried by your Active Duty soldier, non-contraband weapons, are secured in the inventory, and they do not get converted to XP at the end of a match. Secure Backpacks can be obtained through the Barter system. You'll need to gather one electric drill, one gas can, and one gold skull to get the Secure Backpack.
  • Scavenger Backpack: The Scavenger Backpack is useful for those who prefer to carry lots of valuable items, including loot. This item essentially removes the third weapon slot that is found in medium and large backpacks, but also adds extra slots to pick up items. This helps players to complete missions easily when they have to quickly add or remove multiple items. The Scavenger Backpack can be easily picked up using the Barter system available in Buy Station. You can get the Scavenger Backpack in exchange for one battery, one canned food, and two cans of gun cleaning oil.
