How to detonate charges on the 2 cargo shipments outside the Cruise Terminal

While you can complete the tasks in any order, I'd suggest destroying the cargo shipments first. The shipments can be found to the south of the Cruise Terminal building. This task works similarly to the Destroy Supplies Contract, in which you have to plant a charge at a bomb site and wait until it explodes.

This time, however, the charges take a lot of time to detonate. Furthermore, you can't just leave after planting the bomb, as the AI will defuse it. Therefore, always keep your eyes on the bomb and fight off the waves of AI reinforcements coming your way. For the next step, you need to unlock the Terminal building using a key, but I've noticed that the bots will open it for you while you're destroying the cargo.

How to open the 3 safes and clear the Cruise Terminal

Enter the Cruise Terminal building and kill all the cartel AI soldiers to complete the first task in the mission. Now, you have to locate and drill the three safes inside and fend off the reinforcements. I've shown the location of all three safes via the images above. While the first and third safes are on the ground level, the second safe shown in the picture is located on the second floor.

As you can tell, what makes this mission difficult is that you have to complete all the objectives in the same match. This can be even challenging for solo players, but it's not impossible to do. If you have squadmates, you can split the task by drilling multiple safes at once and guarding the shipment charges together. For solo players, I'd suggest having some gas masks ready because you may have to keep working inside the radiation as it starts spreading late match.
