Professional Courtesy is the first Tier 5 mission for the Shadow Company faction in Call of Duty DMZ. For this challenge, players need to rescue the hostage from the Building 21 Armory. The Armory can only be accessed if someone hacks the server in the Data Center. Follow the step-by-step guide below on how to complete this mission in Warzone 2 DMZ.
How to hack the server to unlock the Armory
After deploying into Building 21, make your way to the first floor if you haven't spawned there already. You need to visit the Data Center (see map) located next to the hallway that connects stairwells A and B. As you can see in the images above, I went right from the B1 door, walked down the hallway, and turned right into the Data Center.
The room glows red. Hence, you'll easily be able to identify it. There will be lots of server racks inside the Data Center, and next to one of them, you will get the prompt hold to hack the server. Press and hold the interact button for a while to complete the hack and deactivate the Armory lock. Armored bots may attack you while hacking, but you can use your weapon while holding interact.

How to reach the Armory - Building 21 Hostage Location
Now, go to the third floor of Building 21 using the nearest stairwell. While the A3 door will lead you directly to the Armory, it may be locked from the inside. Therefore, I suggest entering the top floor via the B3 or other doors. You can see the location of the Armory on the map above. Unlock the yellow door to access the room with the hostage, weapon case, and other loot items.
How to rescue the hostage from Building 21
Take out the armored enemies, pick up the hostage, and carry him to the nearest exfil elevator. Call in the elevator, wait for it to arrive, then enter and drop the hostage on the floor. Extract successfully to complete the Professional Courtesy mission. Remember, the first exfil elevator only arrives after the match timer hits the seven-minute mark.
