Same Day Delivery Mission Walkthrough (MW3 Zombies)

After you've rescued Dr. Jansen from the Terminus Outcomes facility, you'll be allowed to access Act 2 missions in Modern Warfare 3 Zombies. The first Tier 1 mission is called Same Day Delivery; here's how to complete it.

Successfully completing Same Day Delivery rewards you with a Refined Aetherium Crystal that can be used to instantly Pack-a-Punch a weapon to level 1. The mission objectives are as follows:

• Complete a Cargo Delivery contract.
• Destroy the enemy helicopter chasing the Cargo Delivery vehicle.
• Destroy the Cargo Delivery vehicle after contract completion.

Where to find the Cargo Delivery contract in MW3 Zombies

Before starting Same Day Delivery, you'll need to find a Cargo Delivery contract. To do this, simply open your tac map and look for a contract phone with the clock icon (see image), preferably inside the Low Threat Zone.

Accept the Delivery Cargo contract and go to the marked objective, which should be at a nearby gas station. Eliminate the threats outside the garage and interact with the shutter when the Open The Garage Door prompt pops up. Take out the mercs inside, then get into the armored LTV with the turret.

How to destroy the enemy helicopter chasing the Cargo Delivery vehicle in MW3 Zombies

Drive the Cargo Delivery vehicle outside toward the objective and you'll hear a call from Kapoor about an attack bird coming your way. Now comes the tricky part: you'll have to destroy the enemy helicopter chasing you, but I'll share a simple technique that works well even for solo players.

First, drive the Cargo Delivery vehicle back into the garage and park it there for a while. The enemy helicopter only targets the vehicle and not the player, so both you and the truck will remain unharmed from the attack. Take all the time you want and shoot down the bird using your weapons. I tried using the RPG-7 Launcher for a faster takedown, but a Pack-a-Punched gun works better.

How to complete the Cargo Delivery contract in MWZ

Once the enemy helicopter is destroyed, complete the contract as you would normally. Take the LTV to the designated HLZ drop point and drive it under the friendly helicopter to deliver the cargo in the back of the truck. While driving to the marked point, avoid running over Zombies as that will deteriorate the health of the vehicle.

Don't forget to claim your reward from the Reward Rift once the contract is done. Finally, destroy the Cargo Delivery vehicle using lethal equipment and shooting at it to finish the Same Day Delivery mission and unlock the next tier.
