How to beat Amdusias in Cult of the Lamb

Your primary objective in Cult of the Lamb is to raise your cult and free the One Who Waits. To do this, you must defeat the four Bishops of the Old Faith and their followers. The Old Faith's flock is many, and one of them is Amdusia, who appears as the first boss. This may leave you wondering how to defeat Amdusia in Cult of the Lamb.

Amdusia Boss Guide — Cult of the Lamb

Amdusia is the first boss of Cult of the Lamb and is encountered in the Darkwood. While Amdusia is not overly difficult, you may not be used to the game's controls and have some issues taking this boss down.

Amdusia has two primary attacks: a slow dash and firing projectiles. You want to wait for him to dash attack, then go in and strike three times. Don't get greedy and go for more, as you may get clipped and take damage yourself. Be ready to dodge if you linger too close for too long or find yourself in the path of his projectiles. Repeat this until you have defeated Amdusia.

Who is Amdusia in Cult of the Lamb?

Amdusia is a follower of Leshy who doesn't have much overall influence on the story. Upon defeating Amdusia, you are to recruit and indoctrinate him into your cult. This unlocks a new follower form from the Darkwood region.
