When does Cult of the Lamb Release?

What is cuter than animal demons?

Cult of the Lamb was revealed at Gamescom 2021 and immediately got the attention of many people. Potential players were likely drawn to the unique art style or the interesting new game style it seems to have. Fans of dungeon crawlers and city management will likely be excited to play it once they watch the trailer (which we have featured below).

One of the most pressing matters to all the would-be fans is to know when the game is coming out. We have good and bad news for those asking this question. According to the official Steam store page for the game, Cult of the Lamb is slated for release sometime in 2022, but that is all the information that is currently available. While most of the games featured at Gamescom at least narrowed their release date down to the month, Cult of the Lamb has only narrowed it down to the year.

This is good news because it likely means we won't have to wait too much longer. It's bad news because, worst-case scenario, we might have to wait another year (plus some change) for the official release. The reason for the vague release date is probably because they want to make sure the game is as perfect as it can be when it's finally playable. With how fun it looks, we wouldn't want it to fall short of the hype!
