How to enter Capitan Caliente restaurant – Cyberpunk Phantom Liberty

Find an entrance to the Capitan Caliente restaurant!

In the "Lucretia My Reflection" quest for Cyberpunk Phantom Liberty, you rescue President Myers from the subway tunnels and take her to a safe building. She then asks you to contact an FIA agent inside the Capitan Caliente restaurant. There are three different ways to enter the building, and I've discussed all of them below.

Where to find the entrance to Capitan Caliente Restaurant - Cyberpunk Phantom Liberty

The first way to enter the Capitan Caliente restaurant is by opening the main entrance. It sounds simple enough, but you must have 19 Body or 19 Technical Ability attributes to break open the door. Also, make sure to disarm the mines on the other side before going in (see second image).

If you haven't leveled up your character's attributes to the maximum, there's another simple way to enter the restaurant. On the left side of the building, you'll find a dumpster as shown in the image. Go to the other side of the dumpster and move it to access the restaurant by squeezing in through the crack in the wall. However, you must have 14 Body attribute levels to be able to move the obstacle.

The third way to access the entrance to the Capitan Caliente restaurant requires extra effort but doesn't have any requirements and can be done by anyone. For this, you need to manually override the fusebox to open the door. I received this information from Ronald P.T. Malone, the NPC outside the restaurant for some eddies. Follow the steps below and refer to the images to reach the fusebox:

  1. Go to the other end of the complex and climb up the scaffoldings to reach the upper floor. I've marked it with the arrow indicator in the first image.
  2. Walk down the balcony and turn right at the corner.
  3. Climb up the stairs shown in the picture to reach the roof of the complex.
  4. Turn left and approach the catwalk at the edge of the building.
  5. Walk to the end of the catwalk and turn left.
  6. Approach the indicated fusebox and override it to unlock the entrance to Capitan Caliente restaurant.

Where to find the Old Telephone - Lucretia My Reflection Quest (Cyberpunk Phantom Liberty)

Once you enter the restaurant, the quest status will update to scan the area to find the old telephone. To find it, enter the room to your right as indicated in the first picture. Now, scan the scratches under the highlighted shelf, and the mission status will update. Approach the shelf, then interact with it to move the obstacle and reveal the old telephone.
