A superb Frontal Cortex implant!

Equipping the right cyberware for your build can be a game-changer in Cyberpunk 2077, especially after the 2.0 update. The best cyberwares are usually purchasable at Ripperdocs, but you can also find these while exploring Night City and as quest rewards. Here's how to get the Axolotl implant.

To get the Tier 5 Iconic Axolotl Frontal Cortex, you need to complete all 23 gigs for the fixer Regina Jones. Her gigs appear in the Watson region, the northern part of the Night City map (see map). As you complete the available tasks, new ones will pop up at different locations in the same region. If you're just starting the Cyberpunk story, don't worry as Regina Jones will contact you after Act 1.

Once all the gigs for Regina are complete, you'll get a final side quest from her called Last Call. Track the job and it'll take you to V's apartment. Open your stash and you'll find the Tier 5 Iconic Axolotl in the storage. Make sure to transfer the item to your inventory and go to a Ripperdoc to get it installed.

There's an alternate way to get the Axolotl for which you'll have to spend some money. Go to the Ripperdoc near the Pinewood Junction fast-travel point in Watson Kabuki (first image). Purchase the item from the doc to use in one of your Frontal Cortex slots. You can also get this cyberware from the Ripperdoc near the EBM Petrochem Stadium fast-travel point in Dogtown (third image).
