Haddonfield revamp highlights Dead by Daylight 5.7.0 PTB patch notes

The Shape's hunting ground takes on a new shape.

Dead by Daylight developer Behaviour Interactive has rolled out some new updates to the PTB for testing. Aside from evading the Clown, Survivors and Killers can enjoy the reworked Haddonfield map and a bevy of tweaks before they hit the live game.

Content

  • Haddonfield map has received a visual overhaul

Related: All Shrine of Secrets perks in Dead by Daylight this week (April 5)

General

  • Survivor difficulty ratings are being removed due to all Survivors sharing the same mechanics
  • Killer difficulty ratings are being changed to Easy, Moderate, Hard, or Very Hard

Hemorrhage Rework

  • Survivors now affected by Hemorrhage will have their healing progression regress steadily when not being healed.
  • Sloppy Butcher and the Nightmare's "Z" Block add-on are being modified to take this change into account.

Killers

  • The Nightmare
    • Modified for the Hemorrhage rework
  • The Legion
    • Fancy and spooky new Terror Radius and Chase music options!
    • A plethora of new add-ons
  • The Ghost Face
    • New Terror Radius and Chase music (less spooky)
    • Add-on overhauls
    • Modifications to stalk and reveal mechanics

Engine Update and Download Size

  • An engine update is being deployed, so expect a larger than usual update this time
