Destiny 2 – ‘More than a Weapon’ quest guide

The "More than a Weapon" quest is a 54-step long mission that will guide players through Season of the Seraph's story in Destiny 2. Unlocking it is a straightforward affair, but progressing through some of the steps can be a bit confusing. Fortunately, we're going to break it down piece by piece over the many weeks that Season 19 will run.

Season of the Seraph 'More than a Weapon' quest steps

After loading in for the first time during Season of the Seraph, Guardians will be thrust into the "Hierarchy" introductory mission. After completing this, they will need to head to the H.E.L.M. and speak to the Exo Frame. this will unlock the Seraph Cipher Seasonal Artifact and the "More than a Weapon" quest.

Week 1

• Speak to Mara Sov at the Holoprojector in the H.E.L.M.
• Complete Heist Battleground: Moon.
  • This can be launched via The Moon from The Director.
• Collect 500 Seraph Key Codes.
• Spend Seraph Key Codes to unlock a Seraph Chest.
  • This must be done from the Heist Battlegrounds playlist on the H.E.L.M.
• Complete the mission "Operation: Archimedes."
  • This is launched from The Director in the H.E.L.M.
• Speak to Ana Bray at the Holoprojector in the H.E.L.M.
• Speak to Clovis at the Exo Frame.
• Listen to the message on the radio.

Bungie promises a powerful story this season with the return of Rasputin, Ana Bray, Clovis Bray, and Osiris. After Season 18 was a wacky pirate adventure, we're due for some seriousness.
