What is the Stacks on Stacks mod in Destiny 2?

Stacks on Stacks is a universal Void mod. This means it can be slotted into any piece of armor with the Void affinity. When equipped, Guardians will gain an extra stack of Charged with Light for every stack that is gained. However, this imposes a -10 Recovery penalty.

For example, using the Taking Charge mod will create a charge when picking up Orbs of Power. A mod like High-Energy Fire will see weapon damage gain a boost when Charged with Light.
