How to get Witherhoard Exotic Grenade Launcher in Destiny 2?

To get the Witherhoard Exotic in Destiny 2, you will need to visit the Monument to Lost Lights and purchase it from the Shadowkeep exotics tab. 

The reason is that Witherhoard, along with other exotics from Year 3 were vaulted and can no longer be found outside of the Monument to Lost Lights. That said, you can find the Monument to Lost Lights at the Tower location in Destiny 2, as shown below. 

You can find the Monument to Lost Lights in the location shown above at the courtyard area of the Tower. When you find the monument, walk up and press it with the E key or your interaction button to open the Monument menu tab.

Opening the monument will show you a tab like the one above. You will need to hold your cursor over the third exotic archive option in this tab

The option will be called Shadowkeep exotics, and under Shadowkeep exotics, you will be able to purchase a number of exotics from Destiny 2 Year 3. These exotics will include the Witherhoard Exotic Grenade Launcher along with others. But to purchase these exotics, you will need to gather the following.

• 1 Exotic Cipher - You can get a Cipher from Xur or the Season Pass.
• 100k Glimmer
• 150 Glacial Starwort - Can be purchased from Spider or gained from bounties from Variks.
• 1 Ascendant Shard - Can be purchased from Banshee-44 at the Tower.
