How to make the Mosaic Runeword in Diablo 2 Resurrected

Diablo 2 Resurrected Season 3 introduces new Runewords into the game, and one of them is the Mosaic Runeword. This new combination is made up of three different Runes, and Assassin players will be most interested in this one.

What Runes are needed for the Mosaic Runeword in Diablo 2?

The Mosaic Runeword is made up of the Mal, Ghul, and Thul Runes, and it's a Runeword that will greatly benefit Martial Arts Assassins. With that said, any class could use the Runeword as there are still plenty of buffs to go around, but the skill boost only applies to Martial Arts. Here's a look at what this Runeword does.

• +50 percent chance for finishing moves to not consume charges. When a finisher is executed this way, it now refreshes the expiration timer of the stack
• +2 to Martial Arts (Assassin only)
• +20 percent Increased Attack Speed
• +200 to 250 percent Enhanced Damage
• +20 percent Bonus to Attack Rating
• 7 percent Life Steal
• +8-15 percent to Cold Skill Damage
• +8-15 percent to Lightning Skill Damage
• +8-15 percent to Fire Skill Damage
• Prevent Monster Heal
• Socketed (3)

All in all, it's a very powerful Runeword for any would-be Assassins on the Season 3 ladder. It's important to note this is an online-only Ladder Runeword, so players playing offline won't be able to create this and putting these three Runes together won't result in anything but wasted Runes.

Where to find Mal, Ghul, and Thul in Diablo 2

Getting the three Runes will prove to be the most difficult part of creating the Runeword, and it's what's going to make this an end-game goal for players. The Thul Rune can be dropped from Act 4 on Normal difficulty, but the other two are much harder to get.

Mal can drop on Nightmare, but it's more likely to be found on Hell difficulty by defeating the Countess in the Forgotten Tower and by doing the Hellforge event. The Gul Rune drops under the same conditions, but it's only obtainable in Hell. Acquiring all three Runes is certainly going to take time, but the Runeword looks more than worth it.
