If you're playing on PC, you'll have to make sure that graphic settings in-game match your device. You'll also want to make sure that your computer falls in line with the minimum and required specs to play this game:

  • OS - Windows 10 64-bit
  • Processor - Intel Core i3-6300 or AMD FX-4350
  • Memory - 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics - Nvidia GeForce GT 1030 or AMD Radeon HD 7850
  • Storage - 15 GB of available space
  • Graphic Preset - Low

You can also verify the integrity of your game's files if you're playing on Steam. You can do this by following these instructions:

  • Open Steam and locate Digimon Survive in your Library
  • Right-click on the game and click on Properties.
  • Click the Local Files tab
  • Click on Verify Integrity of Game Files.

Unfortunately, this is an issue that will most likely persist until an update is made to prevent it.
