How to make a Seafood Appetizer in Dreamlight Valley

Just a light snack.

Whether it's a five-star full spread or a simple one-star dish, Disney Dreamlight Valley can make both difficult to make. You wouldn't think that would be the case for the most basic seafood recipe, the Seafood Appetizer, but you need to be very intentional when you cook it. Here's how to make this dish.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Seafood Appetizer Recipe

To make a Seafood Appetizer you'll only need one ingredient: Any Seafood. Don't forget that you'll also need one piece of Coal Ore to cook the dish at a stove or cooking station.

There are seven types of seafood you can use for this dish. Clams, Oysters, and Scallops can all be foraged from the ground in the Dazzle Beach Biome. Oysters are the rarest. They will boost the resale value and the energy regeneration of this dish the most. You could also catch some Seafood while fishing. Seafood items are typically found in blue fishing spots, such as Shrimp in Dazzle Beach or Crab in the Frosted Heights.

You can also add extra ingredients to a recipe to boost its energy regeneration or resale value. However, we don't recommend doing this if you are trying to make this one-star recipe specifically. There are hundreds of recipes in Disney Dreamlight Valley, and adding extra ingredients to one-star dishes frequently makes it meet the requirements for another recipe entirely. Even adding another piece of seafood to this recipe will produce a Seafood Platter, instead.
