Minnie's Gingerbread Cookies are made from two ingredients: Wheat and Ginger. Wheat can sometimes be bought at Goofy's Stall in the Peaceful Meadow, but his stock rotates daily and may not be purchasable. You can always purchase wheat seeds from Goofy's Stall for one coin a piece. If you grow them in the Peaceful Meadow Biome, you'll be able to reduce the plant's growth time. You should also harvest all plants while hanging out with a Disney friend who boosts gardening, as this will give you a chance to harvest extra crops with each plant you harvest.
