To cook Poached Basil Butter Sturgeon, you'll need four ingredients: White Sturgeon, Basil, Butter, and Lemon. You'll also need one Coal Ore to cook the dish. Butter is an easy ingredient to obtain after you've unlocked Chez Remy. It can be purchased from Remy's Pantry for 220 star coins.

Basil and lemon are both foraged items. Basil can be foraged from the green plants that spawn around the Peaceful Meadow. You can pick a lemon from trees in the Forest of Valor or the Glade of Trust. If you hang out with a Disney friend who boosts foraging, you'll have a chance to harvest extra items when you collect them.

White Sturgeon is a rare fish found in the Frosted Heights Biome. It can only be fished from golden fishing spots but has no weather or time requirements to catch. Bring a Disney fishing buddy with you for a chance to catch double the fish for each one you reel in.
