Rotten Breath

While Rotten Breath might not be the strongest incantations, it certainly has its benefits. Rotten Breath stacks an effect called scarlet rot. This rot deals damage over time once the enemy has been coated with it. This is perfect for any hit-and-run style players as most mainline bosses aren't immune to scarlet rot.

Greyoll's Roar

Greyoll's Roar does deal damage, however, it also has the added effect of decreasing enemy attacks by 20% and increasing damage dealt against them by 10% for 60 seconds. This is perfect for buffing yourself before a boss fight or even mid-battle. The only drawbacks to this incantation are the slightly long cast time and the use of 2 incantation slots.

Dragon Fire

Dragon fire is simple: you breathe fire, and it deals massive damage. Dragon fire's high damage output, cheap magic cost, and maneuverability make it one of your best options. While some would argue that the named variant Agheel's Flame is better, it lacks the range that Dragon Fire can offer you.

Ancient Dragons Lightning Strike

This is definitely one of the most powerful of the dragon incantations. Lightning Strike has a relatively quick casting time and has the bonus of it dealing damage through an AoE effect. The lightning strike is also relatively cheap to use, only requiring one attunement slot and 27 fp to cast. You can only obtain this incantation through the Ancient Dragon Prayerbook, which is only found in Crumbling Fahram Azula, a late-game area.

Ekzyke's Decay

This Dragon Incantation can be acquired by defeating Ekzykes, the Decaying near the Cathedral of Dragon Communion in Caelid. This Incantation only takes up one Memory Slot and costs 48 FP. It allows players to spew scarlet rot breath of Ekzykes from above. Players will also need to level up Faith and Arcane attributes to 23 and 15 respectively to cast this Incantation.

Placidusax's Ruin

This Dragon Incantation can be acquired from the Remembrance of Dragonlord Palacidusax. Players will be able to spew the golden breath of the Dragonlord on enemies from above. You can also perform this Incantation while jumping. It has an FP Cost of 80 and requires players to have Faith attribute at 36. The Palacidusax's Ruin also uses three Memory Slots.
