How to complete the Kenneth Haight Fort Haight Side Quest in Elden Ring

To complete the Kenneth Haight quest, you need to find Fort Haight. Start by taking the road north from Kenneth Haight and following it. Eventually, you will reach a ruined fortress with a path blocked by spike barricades leading to the gate.

But before taking the journey, make sure to bring a good weapon, and at least the Godwick Soldiers Spirt Summon. If you don't have this Spirt Summon yet, you can get it by visiting a graveyard south of Stormhill Shack.

Once at the Fort, activate the nearby Site of Grace so you can respawn if you die. As you make your way through the spiked barricades, some goblin-like creatures are hiding from a ballista. To get past the barricade and the ballista, you will need to run through the barricade and ignore the enemies.

While moving past the barricade, avoid the ballista's bolts and get to the fortress wall. Once at the wall, summon your spirits and fight through the nearby Godrick Soldiers and Pumpkin Head enemy to the gate. 

After beating all of the enemies guarding the gate, head inside the courtyard. Inside the courtyard, you will find rat enemies and weak Commoner enemies. 

Watch out for the Commoners as they will lob firebombs down upon you. Deal with the Commoners by closing in on them and finishing them with melee or with ranged attacks.

That said, as you fight your way through the Fort, you will eventually encounter a Knight. You will need to kill this Knight and the guard manning the ballista to complete the quest. We recommend heavily using dodge and strong attacks on the Knight. After you kill the Knight, you will finish the quest and will need to speak with  Kenneth Haight to get your reward.
